URBANIKA is the only one currently doing large-scale developments and restaurants with recycled shipping containers in Texas. Containers are a perfect solution across diverse residential, industrial, commercial, and retail applications.

BUDDE NORTH

Budde North is the Urbanika Headquarters. It is conveniently and centrally located in the Woodlands in a building constructed of recycled shipping containers. We are currently the only ones in Texas constructing large buildings out of recycled containers, and proven successful with our headquarters. This building is also home to The Work Spot, a network of modern, co-work spaces for businesses big and small.

With a deep respect for the historical character of the neighborhood and a primary focus on promoting local art and businesses, our plan is to create a design-forward environment in the heart of Houston, along the Esplanade on Navigation Blvd., starting with these two restaurants:
